Ticket Office - Grand Trianon
The ticket office is located inside the Grand Trianon, through the archway.
Toilets - Grand Trianon
There are free toilets in front of the Grand Trianon, inside the Chemin Creux pavilion.
In case of emergency, a defibrillator is available for public use. It is fully automatic and does not require any prior training.

Free toilets are located at the entrance to the Petit Trianon, beyond the information desk, in the courtyard. These toilets can be accessed without a ticket.

The little train, leaving from the Petit Trianon, serves the Palace.
Return ticket to the Château: €5
It is possible to pay by credit card directly to the drivers.

Where can I find the Little Train?
The Little Train stops at the Petit Trianon and the Grand Trianon. The return trip to the Palace takes about 30 minutes (you do not have to buy a "garden" ticket on Fountain Show and Musical Gardens days to take the Little Train).

The little train, leaving from the Château, serves the Grand Canal, then the Grand Trianon and finally the Petit Trianon, before returning to the Château. From April to October, it is accessible with a Passport, Grandes Eaux Musicales or Jardins Musicaux ticket.

Where are the Information Centres and maps to be found?
There are two Information Centres that have maps. The first Information Centre is at the entrance to the Grand Trianon. The second Information Centre can be found after the entrance to the Petit Trianon.

Maps and brochures are available in the shop, beyond the security gate.

Before the ticket kiosk is a counter with an interactive display providing information about the visit.
Where are the cloakrooms?
The left luggage service is also temporarily suspended. Visitors are not permitted to bring bulky items of luggage into the museums. Dangerous objects, umbrellas, scooters, tripods and selfie sticks are also forbidden. Small bags will be admitted, including bags containing drinks.
How do I get a free Wifi connection?
This site has two free Wifi hotspots: when you arrive in the Petit Trianon and in the Grand Trianon's yard.
You can use them to download Trianon, Palace and gardens tour apps!

The Trianon audio guide is available in 3 languages (French, English and Spanish).
