Located at the gates of the Versailles Park, this five star hotel is anchored in tradition but resolutely contemporary too. It is also home to a starred gastronomic restaurant and a spa.

Hôtel Pullman
Located on the avenue de Paris just 5 minutes' walk from the Palace, this four star hotel has a lot more than rooms on offer: spacious meeting facilities, brunch on the terrace, a fitness lounge and WiFi throughout the hotel.

Hôtel Ibis
Located on the avenue Général de Gaulle, less than 5 minutes' walk from the Palace and Versailles Château – Rive Gauche station, this three star hotel offers 85 air-conditioned rooms, of which three have disabled access, and a bar, WiFi access and a private indoor parking (charge applies).

The Versailles Tourist Office is located on Avenue de Paris, next to the Pullman hotel.

The information desk dispenses all information relating to visits, along with maps and leaflets. Guided tours can also be booked here.

Grand Café D’Orléans
The Grand Café d'Orléans serves eat-in and takeaway food in a restaurant with a contemporary décor that covers over 700 m². It also offers group menus (60 pers. max). It is open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 6 pm. It is currently closed from Monday to Friday. It is accessible from the Princes Courtyard.

Angelina Tea Room And Restaurant
The Angelina restaurant and tea room offers sweet and savoury fare in a refined and elegant setting, to eat in. There is also a shop and groups are catered for (60 pers. max).
The restaurant is open :

- from 10am to 6:30pm (last access 6pm). (Saturday and Sunday)

La Petite Venise offers refined Italian cooking in a bucolic setting at the heart of the Versailles park. It also caters for groups (50 pers. max). The restaurant is open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11:45 am to 6 pm. It is closed from Monday to Thursday and exceptionally on Friday June 11th.

Angelina: Terrace And Take Away

At the Petit Trianon there is an Angelina food stand for a sweet or savoury gourmet break during your walk through the Park. The stand is open from tuesday to sunday from 12 a.m. to 5:30 p.m
The Angelina terrace offers sweet and savoury food to eat in or take away: hot chocolate, cakes, salads, sandwiches and cold drinks. Located within the Petit Trianon and accessible without a ticket, the terrace is open every day except Monday, from midday to 6pm in high season (April to October) and from midday to 5:30pm in low season (November to April 15).

La Flottille Restaurant
This brasserie-restaurant on the edge of the Grand Canal offers traditional French food in c.1900 setting (set menus and à la carte dining). La Flottille also caters for groups (200 pers. max). The restaurant and terrace are open daily from 8am to 8pm.

Librairie Des Princes
The Librairie des Princes bookshop offers a range of products over 200 m²: books, children's books, postcards, table decoration etc. The bookshop is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10.30am to 6.15pm during high season (April to October) and from 9.30am to 5.15pm during low season (November to March). Although it is not part of the visitor route, it can be accessed from Cour d'Honneur.
The library also presents the cabinet of the King's medals, where are sold medals from the collection Versailles of Arthus-Bertrand.

Ladurée
Currently closed
Ladurée is a Parisian patisserie founded in 1862, and visitors are invited to explore their retail outlet. The company offers its fine delicatessen range, not forgetting their famous macaroons. The shop is open every day from 9.30am to 6.30pm in high season (April to October) and from 9.30am to 5pm during low season (November to March). It is accessible from the Royal Courtyard or at the end of the tour of the Grand Apartments, at the foot of the Queen's Staircase.

Mini-Train - Palace Station
The mini-train departs from the Palace and travels to the Grand Trianon, the Petit Trianon and the Grand Canal before returning to the Palace.

On Fountains Show days, this ticket office sells tickets from 9am to 6pm for the Fountains Shows and Musical Gardens and on saturdays, for the Fountains Night Show from 2pm.

Marble Courtyard Shop
This large souvenir shop offers a range of products: books, guides, postcards, gifts, etc. It can be found after the tour of the States Apartments, at the foot of the Queen's Staircase, or straight after the Royal Courtyard.
Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 5:45pm (subject to sufficient visitor flow)

Located in the basement of the Palace, yhis large souvenir shop offers a range of products: books, guides, postcards, gifts, etc.
The shop is accessible in the basement after the entrance A or at the exit of the visit.
The shop is open every day from 10.15am to 6pm during high season (April to October) and from 9.30am to 5.15pm during low season (November to March).

Access Ore - Ducasse Au Château De Versailles
During the day, the restaurant ore is open to the public. An exceptional setting and view to take a break or to eat during the Palace's opening hours. A French inspired menu with classics of our cuisine, alongside light and quick snacks, desserts and gourmet pastries. Children are welcome here with their very own Prince & Princess menu.
You can access the restaurant ore - Ducasse from the vestibule of the Dufour Pavilion, accessible by the door on the left side of the entrance A.

Audioguide - Dufour's Pavilion
A desk is at your disposal in the vestibule of the Dufour pavilion: every day from the opening of the Palace till 30 minutes before last admission, ie 5.30 pm in high season and 4.30 pm in low season.
The audio guides are returned at the end of the visitor circuit, on the ground floor of the Dufour pavilion.
For the permanent circuit, the audioguide is available in 12 languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese-Mandarin, Korean, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish.

Electric Vehicle Hire - Little Venice

Acces To Dufour Pavilion's Auditorium
Installed on the 2nd floor of the Dufour Pavilion, this 148-seat auditorium is used as a reception area for conferences and seminars organized at the palace.
The access to the auditorium is the same one that of the restaurant ORE - Ducasse: from the vestibule of the Dufour Pavilion, accessible by the door on the left side of the entrance A.

The Queen’S Staircase
